We believe Clooper can be used by anyone. Most people fall into one or multiple of these groups landlords, tenants, homeowners or trade services.

That’s fine, some of us at Clooper also fall into more than one group so we created the ability for you to use different profiles, within the same account.

Clooper is not an agent. We are an innovative technology platform that enables healthy relationships between landlords, tenants, homeowners and trade services. We empower landlords, tenants and home owners with the ability to self serve whilst also creating job opportunities for local trade services. Agents are also welcome to use Clooper.

Yes, your card or bank details, payments and bacs transactions are processed through Stripe, a payment service, who are certified as a PCI Level 1 Service provider, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

You should be able to satisfy most of your property management requirements on Clooper. However, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our platform to make your life easier, that’s why we’ve placed a prominent suggestions button on your dashboard. If you spot something you would like us to add, please tell us.

A good way to increase your chances is to upload as many pictures or videos of the property as possible. Potential tenants are more attracted properties that have a higher number and quality of pictures and/or videos.
